Information here is offered in good faith and updated when things change. Final prices, dates and availability are confirmed individually — the site is an introduction, not a contract.
How ordering works
Octave Mandate does not take payment through this website. Your order is final once we have written to you confirming which piece you are getting, its price in yen and how it will be delivered within Japan, and you have agreed to that.
Shipping and returns
Shipping within Japan is arranged order by order: the method and its cost are settled with you before you decide to buy. If a bodysuit arrives damaged or differs from its description, tell us soon after delivery and we will replace it or refund you, depending on what makes sense for that piece.
