Each product page has a fit note written from actual wear, not a generic chart. If a piece runs small or has a long torso, we say so there. When in doubt, the safer choice is usually to size up in bodysuits, because the snap gusset gives you more room to adjust than the shoulder seam does.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn and the hygiene liner is intact. Once you have initiated a return, we process the refund within five business days of receiving the item back. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Orders can be changed or cancelled within two hours of placement, before they move to packing. After that point, the order is already being prepared and we cannot intercept it. If you miss the window, the return process is straightforward.

Yes. At checkout there is an option to add a handwritten gift note. All orders are packed in tissue paper by default, but if you select the gift option we add a ribbon and a small card. There is no extra charge for this.

The care card included with every order gives fabric-specific instructions. As a general rule: velvet pieces go into a mesh laundry bag on a cold delicate cycle, never tumble dried. Lace pieces are best hand-washed in cool water with a gentle detergent and laid flat to dry.

Currently we ship within Japan only. We are looking at international options for 2027, but we have not confirmed anything yet. If you are outside Japan and interested, you are welcome to reach out through the contact form and we will let you know when that changes.
